About the game

Before and after...

The London Holiday game started as an end of term game I played on cardboard with my students. I tried very hard to find something that would be interesting, involving conversation, asking questions, answering and also learning about London. It was a lot to look for in a board game and I could never find exactly what I wanted, so this is what I put together.

I have been playing this at the end of term for about 4 years and then I decided to actually  have it manufactured as all the students assured me that if it was sold they would buy it :). Well I took them at their word and I did just that.

The game works on the premise of fun and education. Players go around the board stopping on different places of interest in London. They collect souvenirs and if they land on an Information sign have to answer a question about London. The questions are easy or difficult. If they answer a question correctly they move on.

Having said that however, the game is great for all the family. Adults and children alike enjoy playing it and testing their facts about London.
